Mutta.. jos vaan mitenkään pystyt rentoutumaan vaikka kynttilän valossa hengitellen syvään joka ilta. Keskitä ajatuksesi kohtuusi ja valmistele paikka mielikuvaharjoituksen avulla täydelliseksi paikaksi tulevalle vauvallesi. Luota itseesi ja päätä, että tästä lähtien olet vain positiivinen.
Luota siihen että vauva ilmoittelee tulostaan sitten, kun on siihen valmis.. älä vaivu epätoivoon.
